Each and every time I have had to call Maynard the office staff is very professional and knowledgeable, even after hours staff. The technicians are professional and on time. They came out within 24 hrs and was able to diagnose the issue. We needed a new ac/heat unit. They came the next business day and was able to install in unit. All the gentlemen were respectful, kind, and willing to answer any of our questions. I would most definitely refer them to anyone.
