You had a 4 hour window to show up. and were an hour and a half outside that window. Then you charged me $600+ for an hour and s half of work. Do not think we will be using you again.
One of the best encounters with a technician I've ever had Josh was courteous and obviously very capable I had had a lot on my mind and Josh's professional work took a load off my plate I commend him and I hope and wish him well
I have used this company twice at the recommendation of my mother. Once to repair my electrical panel and once to replace my AC unit. Both times I was happy with the professionalism and the price.
