As part of the plan, you'll get trusted technicians who are background-checked, respectful, and trained to inspect your entire home with care. We also offer free estimates on any repairs during your membership and never charge a premium for emergency service calls. With each consecutive year you’re enrolled, you’ll earn $50 in equipment loyalty credits that can be applied toward future installations. The plan is also transferable, so you can take it with you to your next home or offer it to a buyer. Our HVAC needed immediate attention. Maynard was able to respond that day. Our technician Kevin knew exactly what to do. Kevin explained what he was going to do, was very thorough in his work and very pleasant. He also cleaned up after very dusty work. We wouldn't call anyone but Maynard.

My wife and I recently had Maynard out to check our HVAC AND Plumbing systems. I KNOW, TWO ISSUES AT THE SAME TIME!!
I was worried because of the 1-Star Review. However, I have NOTHING to complain about with this company! The man who scheduled my appointment was VERY Friendly and went above and beyond. I did NOT know at the time. IT WAS AI!! I HAD NO CLUE!! BUT NO UPSET ABOUT IT!! Technology is THE FUTURE!!
And when the woman, I think her name was Michaela or something like that called to let me know our technicians were on their way. SHE WAS SO NICE!!
I will use again, FOR SURE!!!

I scheduled an appointment with the Maynard Man after noticing the downstairs AC unit stopped cooling. A technician came out the next morning and found out the issue quickly. We purchased a new unit and it was installed the following day and works great! Thanks to the Maynard Man!

I want to give a big shout out to Maynard Man for providing excellent emergency repairs to my A/C last night. My A/C went out in the late afternoon and I called after hours on the off chance someone would answer my call. They did! (it was AI, but the customer service was excellent and I was able to secure an immediate appointment). The technician that came, Richard Mclea, was on time and extremely courteous, I received a text message with his information when he was on his way. He diagnosed the problem almost immediately and worked efficiently to make the repairs. He assured me that my A/C would be working and my house would be much cooler within an hour - he was spot on! He kept me apprised of his progress and consulted with me on what needed to be done beforehand (along with the cost so there were no surprises). There was a "should have" recommendation for the future with supporting photos but I wasn't put on the spot to make a decision and don't feel that I was being upsold. I hope this review is helpful. I know who I will be calling when I need any A/C service in the future! Thank you Maynard Man!

Awesome service had an emergency call with my water heater. The tech called within 5 minutes then was at my home within an hour. Eric arrived diagnosed issue quickly gave me a price fixed the issue and was gone within 30 minutes. Just want to say awesome service above and beyond and Eric did an amazing job, he even went into detail about what he was doing so i understood it. Thanks so much Eric and maynard!!!

Maynard installed new A/C unit and furnace for me. My old unit went out in the middle of summer (last week of July). House was super hot. I called Maynard and got a haggle free quote. There was a little backlog before the install, so they also graciously supplied me a portable A/C unit until the install. Installation was 1 day. Home is cool now. Unit looks good. Thanks Maynard!
