As part of the plan, you'll get trusted technicians who are background-checked, respectful, and trained to inspect your entire home with care. We also offer free estimates on any repairs during your membership and never charge a premium for emergency service calls. With each consecutive year you’re enrolled, you’ll earn $50 in equipment loyalty credits that can be applied toward future installations. The plan is also transferable, so you can take it with you to your next home or offer it to a buyer. Kevin Heath was my repairman for my AC system with Maynard Man. After I showed him my concern with the AC system, he moved forward in testing the HVAC system to make sure it was running properly, which it was. He quickly identified, cleared and sealed the issue with the AC system in a timely manner. Kevin was professional and respectful to my questions and/or concerns. He won my approval.

Showed up on time and was very professional. The air conditioning was fixed in 20 minutes. The technician was extremely nice and had knowledge of the part he replaced. Highly recommend!!!

We had a new HVAC system installed for the downstairs. PJ arrived in time, did a great job, and cleaned up after himself. My only complaint is I was sent a non-programmable thermostat instead of a programmable like I had.i will not put up with that at all.

I’m very pleased with the quality of service from Randy my technician. I assumed it would take all day to install my new hvac system but he had it done in less than 4 hours. Shout out to Larry as well for getting me a good price that I was comfortable with. Well done Maynard!

Management took care of the issue. Thank you Maynard for being true to your promotions.
Double charged for a tune up. Spoke to the manager and was offered a 10 percent discount on a upcoming service which I will decline to use as I felt that the offer of a discount when the business relationship is just started is insufficient. Refunding 79 dollars should be the solution but evidently this company felt they needed that 79 more than their customer did. Unfortunately, I will look elsewhere for HVAC services from now on. Wished for a better outcome as they did good work.
