Management took care of the issue. Thank you Maynard for being true to your promotions. Double charged for a tune up. Spoke to the manager and was offered a 10 percent discount on a upcoming service which I will decline to use as I felt that the offer of a discount when the business relationship is just started is insufficient. Refunding 79 dollars should be the solution but evidently this company felt they needed that 79 more than their customer did. Unfortunately, I will look elsewhere for HVAC services from now on. Wished for a better outcome as they did good work. Edit. They refunded half the price. Thanks

Our HVAC needed immediate attention as our heating wasn't working and the real cold and ice storm was coming. Maynard was able to respond that day. Our technician Josh knew exactly what to do. He explained what he was going to do, was very thorough in his work and very pleasant. He also cleaned up after very dusty work. We wouldn't call anyone but Maynard.

I called Maynard because my upstairs unit was cycling off and on frequently They showed up the next day as scheduled. I received text message and pics of the technician Josh before he arrived. He was kind, courteous and professional. Looked at the unit showed me pics was honest and upfront. Then they sent Billy the project manager and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He spent time explaining the pricing and although it was quite expensive, I trusted that the pricing was fair. A few days later Randy showed up as scheduled with the unit and they installed it quickly. He was also kind and professional. He showed me how to use the new thermostat and explained a few things. After that we are all set. They made my unfortunate situation bearable and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend.

Our heater was malfunctioning and overheating our home after the recent freeze/power outage. We ALWAYS choose Maynard for our plumbing and electric needs and are never disappointed. Josh was our tech last time we had an issue with our heater/air system and he remembered us when he arrived for this issue.
