As part of the plan, you'll get trusted technicians who are background-checked, respectful, and trained to inspect your entire home with care. We also offer free estimates on any repairs during your membership and never charge a premium for emergency service calls. With each consecutive year you’re enrolled, you’ll earn $50 in equipment loyalty credits that can be applied toward future installations. The plan is also transferable, so you can take it with you to your next home or offer it to a buyer.
