Members enjoy exclusive discounts, including 10% off service repairs and 5% off system replacements. It’s a simple way to protect your comfort, your budget, and your peace of mind.
As part of the plan, you'll get trusted technicians who are background-checked, respectful, and trained to inspect your entire home with care. We also offer free estimates on any repairs during your membership and never charge a premium for emergency service calls. With each consecutive year you’re enrolled, you’ll earn $50 in equipment loyalty credits that can be applied toward future installations. The plan is also transferable, so you can take it with you to your next home or offer it to a buyer. I called Maynard because my upstairs unit was cycling off and on frequently They showed up the next day as scheduled. I received text message and pics of the technician Josh before he arrived. He was kind, courteous and professional. Looked at the unit showed me pics was honest and upfront. Then they sent Billy the project manager and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He spent time explaining the pricing and although it was quite expensive, I trusted that the pricing was fair. A few days later Randy showed up as scheduled with the unit and they installed it quickly. He was also kind and professional. He showed me how to use the new thermostat and explained a few things. After that we are all set. They made my unfortunate situation bearable and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend.

Our heater was malfunctioning and overheating our home after the recent freeze/power outage. We ALWAYS choose Maynard for our plumbing and electric needs and are never disappointed. Josh was our tech last time we had an issue with our heater/air system and he remembered us when he arrived for this issue. He was respectful, communicative, thorough, and quickly found and fixed the issue. Everything is working as it should. Grateful for continued excellent and trustworthy service from Maynard and from Josh!

I had a great experience with Maynard Heating and Cooling. They replaced our old HVAC unit, inspected and thoroughly cleaned the ductwork in this 57 year old house. Everyone we dealt with from the initial service call thru the install, cleanup and follow-up were great. Honest, punctual, professional, efficient and reliable…I highly recommend.

Maynard did a great job replacing my hvac. Lost heat on New Years Eve morning. New unit was installed by the same evening. Very prompt and reliable company. Randy was an excellent installation guy and Larry gave me a good deal. Would recommend Maynard.

Great service on a plumbing call the day after Christmas. Plumber arrived around two hours after the my call, diagnosed the problem efficiently, made a repair and we were good to go. Great service and excellent technician.
