Members enjoy exclusive discounts, including 10% off service repairs and 5% off system replacements. It’s a simple way to protect your comfort, your budget, and your peace of mind.
As part of the plan, you'll get trusted technicians who are background-checked, respectful, and trained to inspect your entire home with care. We also offer free estimates on any repairs during your membership and never charge a premium for emergency service calls. With each consecutive year you’re enrolled, you’ll earn $50 in equipment loyalty credits that can be applied toward future installations. The plan is also transferable, so you can take it with you to your next home or offer it to a buyer. I had a great experience with Maynard Heating and Cooling. They replaced our old HVAC unit, inspected and thoroughly cleaned the ductwork in this 57 year old house. Everyone we dealt with from the initial service call thru the install, cleanup and follow-up were great. Honest, punctual, professional, efficient and reliable…I highly recommend.

Replaced both residential HVAC units. Minor problem with temp consistency, (they discovered it is was just a gap in the insulation, easy fix) now all operates as expected! I'm a very happy camper

Great service on a plumbing call the day after Christmas. Plumber arrived around two hours after the my call, diagnosed the problem efficiently, made a repair and we were good to go. Great service and excellent technician.
