Technician Eric was Amazing! He went above and beyond! Eric was knowledgeble and efficient in helping us get a new water heater due to it being under warranty.

Awesome service had an emergency call with my water heater. The tech called within 5 minutes then was at my home within an hour. Eric arrived diagnosed issue quickly gave me a price fixed the issue and was gone within 30 minutes. Just want to say awesome service above and beyond and Eric did an amazing job, he even went into detail about what he was doing so i understood it. Thanks so much Eric and maynard!!!

Maynard installed new A/C unit and furnace for me. My old unit went out in the middle of summer (last week of July). House was super hot. I called Maynard and got a haggle free quote. There was a little backlog before the install, so they also graciously supplied me a portable A/C unit until the install. Installation was 1 day. Home is cool now. Unit looks good. Thanks Maynard!

I had an issue with my A/C not working. I thought the unit needed to be replaced because that is what I was told by another technician. It turns out that the unit didn’t need to be replaced. So he saved me couple thousand dollars today. I am so glad I found him and he was able to properly diagnose my issue and resolve it in a reasonable amount of money. I appreciate him so much and will continue to work with him in the future.

I called Maynard because my AC wasn't kicking on this week. While the air handler & compressor were just fine...Josh discovered the 2 pole breaker was not. The breaker had been tripped (hence the no AC) and when he flipped it on, it was hot after only 5 minutes and shouldn't have been as the unit was only pulling 9amps vs the 30amp breaker. Turns out the wiring was frayed. He took the time to replace the breaker, ensure the wires were fine and also corrected a duct run that was hung improperly/being choked out. Josh was awesome! 10/10 customer service, knowledge, being thorough with trouble-shooting all possible issues, answering my questions clearly, showing me what he was doing, etc. I really appreciate that he took pictures of everything he did and that you receive those w/ your invoice.

He made it to mu tenants quickly and got the job done all in the span of two hours, which also required diagnoses on my hot water heater. This company was great, although more expensive for after-hours service, I would gladly pay the difference for same day service in an expeditious and efficient manner.

Maynard is always professional and quick to come out when I need them. This time, Chase came by to turn my building's water off as the valves for my washer were so old they wouldn't turn so I couldn't remove my old washer soli, and he installed my new washer very nicely. I did deduct a star because when Chase arrived, he said that they don't actually typically just do washer installs and that dispatch was just trying to get him out there (not his fault, very much Maynard not being truthful and Chase had to ask his boss if he could just do the washer.) He thankfully didn't force me to get a $1300 new washer box but it was $550 after discount for the washer install, which felt excessive for 30 minutes of his time.

On June 24 Luke and Clifford came to my home to install a new garbage disposal. Luke did an outstanding job and gave me some great advice on how to flush out the pipes if the water was not flowing as freely as it should. I have been with Maynard Select for many years now, and Luke and Clifford were as professional as I expected.

My experience with the technician Ken was outstanding. He is very knowledgeable, took before and after pictures, explained his diagnosis and the work that needed to be done. Maynard is a very reliable company and I have recommended them to a colleague. I am comfortable with the repairs that were made and I feel confident that the work will last.

The technician was very adamant about finding the issue with the heating unit. He was very cordial and stayed until he was satisfied the unit was working g properly.

I was very pleased with the way to that Cody and Warren. Handle themselves with obstacles in their way, like the lines for the gas meter had not been marked. And coming up with a back up plan to move forward. They included me in their conversation asked my opinion and was I ok with the plan if they had to move in that direction. They worked together and got the job done. Great job guys you rock!!! The gentleman that fixed the faucet Brian however was guessing at what he was actually doing he replaced something on the inside of the hot water side did not work and then he stated that it may be the handle. I specifically asked him when he came out and did the inspection should I just replace the faucet he said no that was probably that piece that needs to be replaced. Guess work is not good and cost both you and the customer. Hot water in the sink is actually dripping worse that before, was charged for the repair.

Just had a system installed. The installers were great and very professional. The cost was in line with other companies. I have been with Maynard Select for sometime now and always get the annual maintenance checks on heating cooling and plumbing. The office personnel to the sales, installer, and technician are always caring and personable. I am always satisfied with the care I receive from them.

I had spoke to two different companies, completed diagnostics, and they gave my family and I the complete run around. Our home was extremely cold for a week and half. I called Maynard because I was at my witts end. I spoke to Bryan and the customer service was great phenomenal. He was a true man of his word. I must admit, my hopes of getting our heating issues resolved was very slim after waiting and literally following up with people who truly didn’t want to service us, however Bryan stated that someone would come out the next day and they did just that! Josh came out and was nothing short of amazing, patient, kind and knowledgeable (so was Bryan). Josh fixed our issue and I couldn’t be more happier. Please use their service, it was worth every dollar.

Our Water heater started leaking from the bottom an a Tuesday morning. I called Maynard around 10:00am to make an appt for the following day. They called me back shortly thereafter saying they had finished a job early and could be at our house by 12:15. By 1:30 pm I had a new water heater. They were prompt, nice, cleaned up the work area and most important, got our hot water working again. We have used them in the past for plumbing issues and will never use anyone else!

He was professional and friendly and stayed in touch with us throughout the entire process. Josh and Farron(?), the techs, could not have been more polite and professional. They worked quickly, asked questions, put shoe covers on (without me having to ask) and got everything up & running for us with ease.

Maynard has always been responsive. After we completed a dual HVAC installation (upstairs and downstairs) they have always done a great job following up with routine maintenance.
